Oro Azul is a collaborative project formed by Vancouver-based electronic music producer Michael Red and Mexican-Canadian Ultima Esuna. Drawing inspiration from romantic garden scenes, they created the album Water Seeds, featuring captivating and intricate sound design that takes listeners through four distinct shades of an aquatic garden. The four tracks on the album are built on a dub foundation, blending South American Dembow rhythms, a dance music style originating from Jamaica in the 90s, adding a unique rhythmic flavor to the album.
