In 1994, legendary Detroit producer Robert Hood parted ways with Underground Resistance and returned to his own living room studio, crafting Internal Empire from a deeply introspective creative perspective. Widely regarded as a cornerstone of modern Minimal Techno, the album's stripped-back 4/4 rhythms and stark synth architecture helped define a new techno aesthetic, clean, precise, and deeply focused, marking a pivotal milestone in the evolution of contemporary electronic music. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Internal Empire, Tresor has released a limited edition red vinyl pressing, complete with a large 60cm x 60cm fold-out poster and digital download code.
